1 Exam Prep offers a book buyback program to our customers who have previously purchased pre-highlighted and tabbed books.1 Exam Prep will buy your books back between 20% and 50% (based on the condition and editions of the books) of your purchase price from your original invoice. Returned books must be recognized as current exam editions. 

 

Step 1: Send a copy of your original invoice to bookbuyback@1examprep.com and attach pictures of each book so the cover of the book is visible. 

 

Step 2: We will respond via email indicating which of your books are eligible for buyback and offer a quote to buy back your books. The quoted price may be subject to change pending final inspection once we receive the books. 

 

Step 3: Ship your books with a copy of your original Invoice and our quote to:

Step 4: 1 Exam Prep will conduct a final inspection of your returned books. Books will not be accepted if they are damaged or if they have been written in. Rejected books will be deducted from the original quote and will not be returned to the customer.

 

Step 5: One of our 1 Exam Prep representatives will contact you via email to confirm the final price offer and the address to send your check to. Please allow 3 - 5 weeks to receive the check from the date we received the books.
