The GEORGIA RESIDENTIAL LIGHT COMMERCIAL CONTRACTOR online exam prep course is specifically designed to prepare candidates for the two required exams administered by PSI Services LLC for licensure under the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors. According to the program details, the Trades/Practices exam consists of 90 questions, 230 minutes to complete, and a passing score of 63 correct answers (70 %). The exam covers sitework/footings/foundations, concrete & reinforcement, metals, masonry, carpentry, roofing, general code & construction knowledge, associated trades and OSHA safety. The Business & Law exam consists of 50 questions, 120 minutes, and requires 35 correct answers (70 %) to pass. Exam Information:
The Georgia Residential-Light Commercial License is for building one and two-family homes or one-family townhouses not over three stories high, PLUS multi-family or multi-use light commercial buildings or structures and accessory buildings for Commercial Contractors.
To obtain your Residential-Light Commercial Contractor License, you will be required to pass a 90 Question Exam covering the Trades/Practices topics. You will need to get 63 (70%) of the 90 questions correct. The questions will be selected at random from a pool of over 1,000 questions. You will be allowed 230 minutes to complete this exam.
This course will prepare you for all topics covered on the Trades/Practices portion of the exam.

The questions will be selected at random from a pool of over 1,000 questions. The exam is timed and you will be allowed 120 minutes.
