Exam Information:

This examination is limited to construction, remodeling, repair or improvement of one, two, or three family residences not exceeding two stories in height. 

There are 110 questions in this examination. You will need to answer 77 questions correctly in order to pass. You are allowed 6 hours to complete this examination.

All Residential Builder candidates are required to pass the Business Management and Law for Residential Contractors Examination and the Residential Builder Examination.
