Chapter 320, F.S., (ss 320.77 – 320.8325) Motor Vehicle Licenses

Chapter 320 of the Florida Statutes—titled “Motor Vehicle Licenses”—sets the legal framework for vehicle registration, license taxes, dealer and manufacturer licensing, mobile home and recreational vehicle regulation, penalties for violations, and related dealer-franchise matters in Florida. Among its wide‐ranging provisions, sections 320.77 through 320.8325 specifically cover mobile home and recreational vehicle dealer and manufacturer licensure, uniform installation and construction standards, warranty obligations, records retention, civil and administrative penalties, and enforcement mechanisms.
