Passing the required examinations does not automatically issue the S-1 license. Applicants must complete Connecticut’s qualification, application, examination, documentation, and license-issuance requirements.
The Connecticut S-1 credential is an unlimited heating, piping, and cooling contractor license. The holder may perform all heating, piping, and cooling work defined under Connecticut law within the authority of the credential.
